Owner is living abroad, can’t provide notarised contracts. But if insist of free access to amenities will need to pay for notary additional 1k php. - Please coordinate with the host for parking and payments, take note of this information. Parking should be coordinated ahead of time, as this listing doesn’t include parking. Any penalties for unpaid parking will be charged to the person booking. And cancellation of booking same day as check in due to uncoordinated plans of bringing a car is strictly non refundable - Smoking: not allowed. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. - To avoid damage claims, please be careful of appliances and items in the unit. - Cleaning fee is charged one time by airbnb. - Request for extra sheets/towels with fee. 70php towel, extra beddings 150php. - for stay 25 days and longer, bills will be shouldered by the guests for the whole month of stay. -To prevent problems in the future I will need a security deposit of 5000php which will be via resolutions and will be returned also upon check out -price of this listing is only for 2 guests, extra guests will be charged extra fee 500/person/night -there will be a keycard to access the unit, pls secure as lost of keycard will be charged 2500 php -early check-in and late check-out will be charged 200/hr
