Cozy upstairs one-bedroom apartment all to yourself! "Unit B" offers everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay in this home away from home. The space This is a 1950’s garage apartment - complete with arched doorways. You enter the upstairs apartment (NOTE: must climb about 8 steep- ish stairs to get inside) to find a darling living room, which has a smart tv, couch and comfy chair. The living room leads into the one bedroom with queen bed. The bathroom is well-stocked with linens, an array of quality soaps, shampoos, and conditioner. Everything you need to take a relaxing bath or shower. The kitchen has what you will need to eat and cook a meal or just warm something in the microwave. In addition to the stove, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, we have a coffee pot that you can use to brew fresh coffee and a toaster. We keep some basic kitchen supplies for your use too, such as olive oil, salt, pepper, and a fresh jug of cold water. All kitchen utensils and supplies are provided for you. The unit has great parking. We ask that guests park on the right side of the "parking lot" to the unit. There is easily enough room for two vehicles to pull in, and also street parking is available too. The neighborhood is near I-44, the hospitals (just a couple of minutes), several restaurants (Moe's, Schlotzsky's, Tropical Smoothie), two pharmacies (Walgreens & CVS), Mercy Park, the tornado memorial, and much more. This space is ideal for 1-2 adults. There is room for an additional child but it may get cramped. It’s a great space but small. This apartment would be ideal for a longer term stay. Blackout shades at all windows for day sleepers. Many little extras are provided. Linens are washed and sanitized after each guest. Guest access Entire apartment plus a little deck area right outsidethe front door. Good parking as well Other things to note There is a second unit below unit B so we ask that you respect that space while you are in the apartment. There are also several fairly steep stairs to climb to get inside so please take note of that.
