Home in Wilmette

Welcoming, warm & comfortable home, BR#1 for up to 3 guests. (LISTING #1 OF 3; see other listings for additional space.) A lovely and spacious bedroom in our home. Located close to Hwy 94. 10 miles from Chicago, close to beach & Wilmette, Evanston, Glenview, Skokie. You're welcome to use all the facilities - kitchen, bathrooms, TV, hi-speed Wifi, laundry & parking. Make your breakfast with supplied basics such as cereal, eggs, juice, tea & coffee. Meaningful conversation (if you want it). The space Owners, Ellen and Ed, live in the lower level of the home. We love having guests and getting to know you. But we'll give you as much privacy as you want. Guest access You can access the entire house. One bathroom is set aside for guests upstairs. But if you gotta go, you can also use the one downstairs too! During your stay Ed works from home as a writer, and can help out with any need you may have. Ed and Ellen would be delighted to spend time with you, if you want that, but don't feel you have to. You can have as much or as little space as you wish. Other things to note We are very happy to provide free parking in our driveway, subject to availability. We have an extra space beside the driveway which you can use if available. Almost always there is availability, but sometimes other guests have vehicles too. If Ellen and I are having guests over for dinner, the driveway may be filled up for a few hours, and then it will usually become available again in a little while. Parking on the street is almost always available, subject to rules of the Village of Wilmette. Parking on the street is always free of charge, conveniently located, and very easy to use.
