The space Comfortable studio without neighbors, with south-facing balcony, directly on the slopes (Le France building), quiet, designed for 3 ADULTS and a child or teenager on the mezzanine (1.60 m max and 60 KG max). 2-seater TRUNDLE BED (2 x 80 cm) placed under the mezzanine; MEZZANINE and its mattress one place RESERVED for A CHILD or teenager; 1-seater bed under the window in front of the radiator. - Bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and large storage spaces. Equipped kitchenette in the entrance with everything you need to cook; microwave, raclette-griddle available; kettle, Seb pressure cooker, coffee maker, etc. Free parking at the foot of the building or covered paid parking next door. Easy access by car and train (regular shuttles from Aime TGV station) Easy access between resorts in the area via Free Shuttles. All shops accessible ON FOOT through a covered gallery from the studio (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, banks...) . HIGHLIGHT: the ski slope passes below the building. So you get out of the elevator "skis on your feet"!!! You can ski at the ARCS thanks to the ski connection from La Plagne, reserved for good skiers. WARNING: our ski locker has been vandalized, so you must put your skis on the balcony!!! IMPORTANT: WEEKLY rental, cleaning is your responsibility unless you talk to Nathalie when you make contact.
