Maybe go down to the sea right away for a first swim or leave the apartment for a tour of the surroundings. Sunset aperitifs will be unforgettable, as will candlelit dinners with cicadas singing and then enjoying the starry sky. The apartment is about 80 square meters, consisting of a large entrance hall, a comfortable living room where you can relax on the daybed looking at the green and blue of the sea from the large windows. A kitchenette equipped with a small dishwasher, electric oven, and gas stove has everything you need to prepare your meals. The bathroom's strong point is the large shower with chromotherapy. Finally, the bedrooms, connected, but with separate entrances if desired, one with a double bed, the other, with a sea view, with two single beds. The latter is also directly accessible via the terrace. All renovated in early 2025. The apartment is on the lower floor of a semi-detached villa, and is the only one of the two to be rented. It is surrounded by a garden on terraces full of fruit trees. It is accessed via a ramp that leads from the Coastal Road to the villa's outdoor parking lot, where a parking space is reserved for guests. Guest access The sun terrace is reserved for guests, as well as the entire garden on the apartment level. Guests can go down to the sea through a private access to the public beach, but it is not very popular (more so only on weekends). To reach the sea there is a staircase of about 200 steps. Other things to note Guests have a washing machine at their disposal: please purchase your own detergents or if you use ours, leave €0.50 per wash (no shoes in the washing machine). To be used preferably during daylight hours, to take advantage of the energy of the solar panels. The clothesline should be opened on the terrace. Access to the Villa is through an automatic gate: instructions will be given in this regard. The heating is air, not included in the price (€8 per day).
