Maybe get off at the beach right away for a first swim or leave the apartment for a tour of the surrounding area. The aperitifs with sunset will be unforgettable, as will the candlelit dinners with the singing of cicadas and then enjoying the starry sky. The apartment is about 80 square meters, consisting of a large entrance, a comfortable living room very comfortable where you can relax on the sleep watching the green and blue of the sea from the large windows. A kitchenette equipped with small dishwasher, electric oven, gas stove has everything you need to prepare your meals. The strength of the bathroom is the large shower with chromotherapy. Finally, the bedrooms, connected, but if you want with separate accesses, one with double bed, the other, with sea view, with two single beds. The latter can also be accessed directly through the terrace. All renovated in early 2025. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-family villa, and is the only one of the two to be rented. It is surrounded by a garden on terraces full of fruit trees. It is accessed via a ramp that leads from Strada Costiera to the villa's uncovered parking lot, where a parking space is reserved for guests only. Guest access The sun terrace is reserved for guests, as well as the entire garden on the level of the apartment. Guests can go down to the sea via private access to the public, but sparsely frequented beach (more so only at the weekend). To reach the sea there is a staircase of about 200 steps. Other things to note Guests have a washing machine at their disposal: please buy your own detergents or if you use ours, leave €0.50 per wash (no shoes in the washing machine). Preferably to be used during light hours, to take advantage of the energy of the solar panels. The clothesline should be open to the terrace. Access to the Villa is via an automatic gate: instructions will be given in this regard. The heating is air-conditioned, not included in the price (€8 per day).
