The space OIKOS A is an architecturally crafted residence in Kefalonia, shaped by Greek light, natural serenity and the quiet luxury of simplicity. Every space functions as a living organism — an “ecosystem” of light, clean lines and natural materials designed to feel instantly warm and familiar. The villa features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a private 32 m² heated pool, a jacuzzi and wide openings that allow daylight to sculpt the interiors throughout the day. Its west-facing orientation offers beautiful sunset colors, while the blend of minimal design and warm textures creates an atmosphere of calmness, comfort and balance. During your stay, you may enjoy personal communication, tailor-made check-in, a welcome drink & gift, and access to premium services such as private chef experiences, in-villa massage, wine tasting, yacht trips, transfers, car rental assistance and curated activities designed exclusively for you. Our purpose is simple: for you to feel you are returning to your “oikos” — a home shaped by light, warmth and authentic Greek hospitality. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to all indoor and outdoor areas of the villa: the entire home, the private 32 m² heated pool, the jacuzzi, the terraces, the outdoor relaxation areas and the private parking spots. The villa operates as a fully independent unit offering complete privacy. Other things to note Heated pool: Pool heating is an additional service and costs €350 per day. Activation is available upon request only and water temperature depends on weather conditions. • Events & gatherings: For any event (private dinner, celebration, small gathering, retreat, etc.), booking the entire OIKOS TWIN is required, along with a minimum stay of 3 nights. All events must be organized exclusively by the OIKOS Boutique Residences team. Outside planners, DJs, catering or staff are not allowed without prior approval. All activities must comply with Greek law and quiet-hours regulations. • ID submission: For legal and safety reasons, the ID or passport of all guests must be provided at least 48 hours before check-in. • Quiet hours & neighborhood: OIKOS is located in a peaceful natural setting. Guests are kindly asked to respect the area and local quiet-hours. Loud or disruptive gatherings are not allowed. • Children & safety: The villa is family-friendly, but adult supervision is required around the pool, stairs and outdoor areas at all times. • Cleaning & services: Professional cleaning is provided before check-in. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request (extra charge). • Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
