The Clubhouse is walking distance & offers delicious meals & a stunning bar & deck overlooking our beautiful fairways. The Estate has a river running through it, & acres of walking & running trails. The lockup & go unit has a small work space. Most guests are business people & enjoy the fabulous long term discounts I offer. Private & secure. The space This lock & go garden apartment has a separate private entrance, double bed, large flatscreen TV with Netflix, a wardrobe, private kitchenette with a bar fridge, and a laptop friendly workspace. It also boasts a private full bathroom with a bath/shower, a private sunny courtyard, and outside parking. Perfect for a single business traveller or a long term stay for a single person or retiree. Everyone who has stayed here loved the place. Guest access Access is from a side gate, and the access is private. The unit has a little courtyard area with a table and 4 chairs outside for your private use. The unit is completely private and we often don't even see our guest for weeks on end. Other things to note The unit doesn't have a washing machine, but my housekeeper is happy to hand wash, clean and iron on a Saturday for a private fee between the guest and herself.
