My place is one of the very few 2 bedroom apartments at Seven Seas resort. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space and increadible pool that stretches through out the complex. Seven Seas condomiums are close to family-friendly activities, the beach, and public transport. My place is good for friends, couples and families (with kids). The space Consisting of eight low rise buildings of 8 floors, Seven Seas has at total of 1450 units. This apartment is one of the few spacious 2 bedroom 73 SQM units in the complex. Most other apartments are either studio with 22 SQM or 1 bedroom with 35 SQM. Seven Seas surrounds an impressive lagoon swimming pool with artificial beaches and seven beautifully landscaped adventure islands, a total area of 6000 SQM. The main building has a spectacular double height lobby and shopping arcade, whilst the Mystery Island is home to the Clubhouse and Fitness Center. The apartment is brand new and was completed in November 2016. Guest access Seven Seas is located on a large 15 Rai plot of land on Soi Chiayapruk on the corner of Soi 3 just 350M from the popular Jomtien Beach. With easy access to the Sukhumvit highway and close to Pattaya City, Thailand’s biggest holiday resort destination. Only 1 hours drive from Bangkok’s Survanabhumi International Airport. Other things to note Themed Grand Entrance to Seven Seas Condo Resort. 6 meter wide internal road with resident drop off points for each building within the resort (not running at the moment). 24 hour security team on site with CCTV monitoring the resort. Secure parking. Landscaped Gardens with impressive water features. Electricity, water, WIFI and TV are included in the price. If you would like to pay separate for these services you can get a discount on the apartment rental price. Please be aware that the cleaning fee is nominal to cover necessary general cleaning, however house rules require guests to leave the apartment in a condition similar to how it was upon checkin for us to continue to keep these costs low. If the apartment is left in an unreasonable condition both in terms of damages or cleaning, costs coverage will be claimed. Taxi from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport to the Seven Seas Condo Resort should be 1200 bath with most taxi companies.
