Very nice apartment in Andalusian patio in the center of Seville. In Francos Street, next to City Hall, Cathedral and Alcazar. Lots of light and very quiet. Antique building remodeled with all the interiors immaculate . Full kitchen with dishwasher, hob, fridge , microwave, etc... Huge marble bathroom with 2 sinks, a bath tube, WC and bidet. Air conditioning / heating. Sofa bed 1.50 m plus another sofa. Bedroom with 1.50 bed and two wardrobes. The space Tranquility in the centre of Seville as it is located in an Andalusian courtyard in the middle of Francos street, full of light and comfort as it is in a pedestrian street next to the Town Hall. Wonderful to discover Seville on foot. The flat is from 2010 and recently refurbished, it has 65 square meters and capacity for 4 people. It is accessed through a beautiful courtyard full of plants to a hall that, on the right, leads to a large outdoor living room with a sofa and sofa bed with chaise longue that converts into a large bed of 150 in the living room and a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer and mini-oven with pizza mode; to the left of the hall we enter the bedroom with a very comfortable bed of 150 with viscofresh topper, two large built-in wardrobes and two windows to the patio, a spacious bathroom with two washbasins, bathtub (which from February 2024 will be a shower tray) all in marble. Air conditioning and central heating, TV and FREE WIFI. The accommodation has a travel cot (it comes with its own fine padded base, without additional mattress), and also has a high chair. It is located right in the centre of Seville in the most elegant and elegant but quiet area, less than 100 m from the Cathedral and La Giralda, the Reales Alcázares, the Archivo de Indias and the famous Barrio de Santa Cruz. It is the best area of the city for tapas, visiting monuments and finding the best flamenco clubs. Unbeatable for EASTER EASTER as all the brotherhoods pass around it and ideal for the APRIL FAIR. Roof terrace with views of the GIRALDA. Guest access The guest will have private access to the entire property. Other things to note We have implemented strict security and cleaning measures in prevention of COVID-19. Our protocols are at your disposal. Do not hesitate to ask for further information. Access to the apartment can be made after 15:00, although we will be happy to receive our guests before that time if the availability of the accommodation allows it. Similarly, the departure time at 11:00 can be extended with possible additional cost, provided it is compatible with subsequent reservations.
