Surrounded by trees and flowers this totally private studio is roomy, light and airy. A king size bed plus a sleeper couch offer restful sleep for 2 adults and one child. There is plenty room to comfortably add a bed for a 2nd child. (We did it several times around Christmas) We are off of a private road it feels like a trip to a European countryside. Still we are just a short drive from businesses, mall, dining, theaters and near hiking, biking and riding trails and beaches. Private bath. Our driveway is big, so you can easily park. There are no steps to your entrance door, so access even w a wheel chair is no problem. You pass thru a breezeway, a high ceiling outdoor area to relax in the shade. There can be swings for children to enjoy. Should there be a need for the extra single bed, we'll need advance notice. The kitchenette is equipped w all the basics for you to be on your own if you wish. Ron and I are busy retirees who enjo traveling and are happy to assure your comfort. The studio plus bath and private hallway with a good amount of storage is about 450sqft. The Dove has its own private entrance. We have been residents of Newbury Park / Thousand Oaks for 25 years, so we can most likely answer questions you may have about the area We live south of the 101 in a very private hillside neighboorhood, properties are all an acre or more. Hawks fly overhead, frogs croak in the creek (at least when it rained). It's about one mile to the nearest dinner places, to the mall w movie theatres it's 2.5mi, Amgen and other businesses are 5 min away on the other side of the fwy, Los Robles hospital 10 min. We love our place because its so centrally located yet feels remote in the midst of country. CLU is the closest university. You can get around on Uber or Lyft, but having your own car is recommended. Cable TV, Internet, good WiFi Breakfast: Coffee, Tea, Protein shakes, Jam, Eggs, (our favorite) Bread and Butter, Fruit. Blankets and Pillows: Down or NoDown
