Beautiful vista amongst the vineyards and bay

Our home is just a stone's throw from the gorgeous promenade vista of Curlewis beach, Corio Bay overlooking to the You Yang's. We are nestled amongst some gorgeous homes in a residential cul-de-sac surrounded by wonderful wineries and fantastic restaurants. The rooms are bright , sparkling new and themed Balinese with white and silver accessories , orthopaedic mattress and base, fine linen and toiletries, tv in master room and another in the rumpus room with leather lounge to relax and enjoy. The space The master bedroom has it's own private en suite and walk in robe . There is a separate split system in Master bed room for heating and cooling needs. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan, and access to the main bathroom and there is a separate powder room also. The rumpus room is for guest use, it has a large TV with Netflix, a separate split system for heating and cooling, and leather couches along with a bar fridge if you want to store drinks etc , tea and coffee facilities also provided. This area is yours to enjoy, if you feel like lounging back and sipping wine or just reading a book and relaxing it is a comfy space for you to enjoy. This is our home and we live upstairs so we are on hand if needed. If you chose to add the breakfast option it would be served upstairs ..... which we will discuss upon your check in . There is parking at the front of our home. Please be courteous to our neighbours in the evening with the noise . No smoking inside, however ashtray will be provided for use in alfresco downstairs OUTSIDE. I will give you key and alarm details upon check in . Guest access You have access to the ground floor of our property , the rumpus room included for a comfy area to relax and unwind with maybe a glass of wine , there is a large TV with Netflix to view. A bar fridge to store your chillable items and tea and coffee provided . During your stay I will discuss with you via phone the meeting arrangement as each booking may differ. I am always a call or text away. Other things to note We are in the midst of constructing a Balinese style retreat in our back yard, please do not go near the construction area. The outdoor space provided has a table and chairs and an outdoor couch for your use .
