We offer a spacious family house for recreational accommodation in a quiet part of Planá nad Lužnicí, part of Strkov, 500 m from the Lužnice River. The house is modernly equipped, has a decorative maintained garden with a solar heated swimming pool (in operation June-August). The house with garden has a fence, in the garden parking for 2 vehicles. Very convenient for cyclists - storage for up to 10 bicycles. The space Fully equipped living room with TV, Wi-Fi, sofa set. Kitchen connected to the dining room, dining table for 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped including cutlery, plates, glasses, dishes, glass - ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board. An outdoor grill is available in summer. Guest access Bedrooms 2 and 3 with private bathrooms are located on the first floor of the house. The upper floor is only open if 6 or more guests are accommodated. 1-5 guests only have the lower floor available. Other things to note Entrance to the garden and parking is monitored by a security camera.
