At Villa Evgenia you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.This is a place to relax, with the advantage of being a few minutes from the historic town of Koroni and its many beautiful beaches, some only 1km from the house. The house has sliding doors opposite each other, which ensure the breeze keeps the house cool in summer, or keep cosy by the open fire out of season. Set in an olive grove, you look out over vineyards and spot swallows.There is plenty of parking. The space This country house is the best bet for every season. In winter, you will be warm by the fire; spring is the perfect time to admire the olive trees in bloom. In summer, simply admire the superb sea views with the backdrop of mountains, in the morning while sipping your coffee and in the evening with a glass of local wine. The sliding doors and windows all have mosquito screens fitted. Guest access Each room of the house is available to you, with the verandah and the terrace, plus the parking area. There is a storage room, where we keep our garden tools, that is not interesting or available to guests. There is no apartment built beneath, ensuring complete privacy.
