The Veranda of Afissos Villa is the perfect choice for travelers who wish to combine high-quality stay with privacy & relaxation during their vacation in Mt Pelion, while having all amenities nearby. It's a fresh 120 sq.m. space that can accommodate up to 7 persons (and a baby). Located in a calm area in the center of the picturesque village of Afissos, it features 3 verandas and a garden with a splendid panoramic sea view; At the same time, everything guests may need is within walking distance. The space Traditionally built, the two-story villa (which is the main/biggest part of a three-level property) is a fresh 120 sq. m space with a private/independent entrance. More specifically, the first floor consists of a spacious living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with a shower), as well as a fireplace, and a big (smart) TV screen. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms all equipped with closets; in two of the rooms, there is a TV while the third one has a desk (laptop-friendly workspace). There is also a second (main) bathroom with a bathtub. In total, the villa can accommodate up to 7 persons (and a baby) by offering two double beds (1.60 and 1.40 cm) and a 1.20 cm semi-double bed (on the 2nd floor), two sofa-beds (90 cm) on the 1st floor, and a travel cot/playpen for visitors that might have a baby (free of charge). The Veranda of Afissos Villa is the ideal place to enjoy breakfast in tranquility or dinner with a beautiful sunset (guests are provided with a table and chairs to use on all of the verandas). Highlight: a shower is also provided on one of the verandas in case one wishes to refresh oneself after enjoying sunbathing at home. Other things to note There is no extra charge for babies up to 2 years old The villa floors are connected with a staircase (no elevator) There are two A/C (one on each floor of the villa), while there is a ceiling and a floor fan in two of the bedrooms Cleaning Protocol: Cleanliness has always been a high priority for the Veranda of Afissos owners; in fact, our guests have always given us a 5-star rating on this area –now, in the COVID-19 era, cleaning has become more important than ever. We want to reassure our guests that cleanliness remains our top priority, following a strict protocol that includes: - a 48-hour waiting period between bookings - room ventilation to increase air circulation in the villa/apartment, - disinfection of all areas accessible to the guests - washing all linens (bed sheets, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, etc) at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer - placing bags into trash bins - keeping the space well-stocked with essential amenities and hand soap, paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper. - providing guests who are staying for a more extended period (more than a week) with extra towels and sheets - encouraging social distancing and guests' privacy by offering a handbook (instructions) on how to get around the villa/apartment. - encouraging guests to clean up and leave the space tidy Registration Details 00000989240
