Our house is large, family-friendly, comfortable and modern. It has 5 bedrooms (215 m2) and was completely renovated in 2016. Located 20 minutes from the center of Toulouse and the airport, it is in a very quiet area of a small town: it's the countryside in the city! The forest of Bouconne is 2 km away, very pleasant for family walks. Unheated pool from May to September. Super U 1 km away, Lidl 500 meters away, 2 bakeries within 1 km. Many nearby shops. The space Fully single-storey house (4 steps inside) Large garden of 3400 m2 with many trees (pine, cherry, plum,...) with a large swimming pool of 10 m * 5 m secured by an electric shutter. The garden is shaded by many trees and has large grass areas to play soccer, petanque, Molkky, trampoline on site, darts... Garden overlooking the countryside Very quiet house located at the end of a private driveway In summer you can enjoy vegetables from the vegetable garden and fruit from the fruit trees.
