The space This room is equipped with a Samsung 43” Smart TV, with access to streaming apps. Kitchen is well equipped if you choose to cook meals during your stay. No smoking/vaping/420 allowed inside! Relax, enjoy the space but please only smoke/vape outside. Thank you. Guest access Your secure private room is in a home-share with other guests, offering shared access to common areas such as the kitchen, TV room, dining room, laundry room, and pool area. Garage not accessible to guests. Access also available to community pool, kids play area, and Golf Course, all within walking distance. During your stay Make yourself at home during your stay. Your privacy, comfort, and relaxation are my top priorities, but if you ever need anything, I’m readily available to assist—whether in person or via text. Overflow parking available if needed. Pool: Please be aware that the pool temperature is largely influenced by the season and surrounding weather conditions. While the house and community pools are available year-round, the water is typically only comfortable for swimming from May to October. There are unmonitored security cameras on the property, including a doorbell camera and cameras covering the exterior sides, front & rear.
