Home in Monferran-Plavès

My house is located in the heart of a pretty little village located on a hill. The landscape is hilly. The views are remarkable and the calm assured. In summer, the sunsets from the terraces are breathtaking. Shops are 5 kms away. You will share the accommodation with me and Iris, my little dog. The space We share the common areas of the house: kitchen, dining area and bathroom, and all outdoor areas, terraces and pool. THE TV SPACE AND THE OFFICE ARE RESERVED FOR ME. The bedrooms (9 and 10m2) are small, but comfortable. Meals are not allowed in the rooms. You'll have everything you need in the kitchen. The electric oven is to be used only for heating. In the summer, you'll enjoy the infinity pool. The pool is seasonal and heated from May 1 (weather permitting) to September 30th. However, you can use it for the rest of the year if you want to swim in ice water! There is a shower + WC in the pool technical room. Access to my accommodation is via the cellar on the left side of the house. Be sure to close the gate. Iris, my little dog, is sometimes a little too demanding. Don't hesitate to tell her "no" or "go down" if she's bothering you. Breakfasts are not included. Tea and coffee are at your disposal. Guest access The sofa area and office are private. No meals allowed in the bedrooms. During your stay I enjoy sharing moments with guests, but I also know how to be discreet. In case of absence, you can contact me by phone, text, email. Other things to note The place is not suitable for children under five and children who cannot swim.
