Bluewater Retreat B & B is a charming, original fisherman's house in a quiet, safe location, 400 mtrs from the beautiful beaches of Jurien Bay. Centrally located within walking distance of the towns amenities. The private ground-floor apartment has no internal staircase, offering easy access. Enjoy your own parking and private entry from the patio. The open plan apartment includes: full equipped kitchen, dining and lounge with heating/cooling. 1x Queen bedroom, 1x single bedroom with two beds. The space Bluewater Retreat B & B offers a safe, peaceful and comfortable stay. Making it perfect for a small family, a group of friends, the solo/Corporate traveller and for couples. You will have the entire space to yourself and those you are travelling with. Private entry from the patio overlooks your car and the gardens. If I am away, use the lockbox or if the door is unlocked, find the key inside in the seashell on the dining table. Enjoy outdoor dining with the electric barbecue. This is plugged in outside, the extension cord is in the outdoor small cupboard. Relax at the nearby park with a playground. Or venture through the park down the track to the beach. The retreat includes comfortable beds with quality linen, bath and beach towels. 1 x Queen room and 1 x Single room with two extra long single beds. If travelling with a toddler/baby, there is a porta-cot and a high chair in the pine wood box near the entry door. Please set up. All linen for the cot and bath accessories for babies/toddlers is in the small cupboard in the laundry. There isnt a bath so the laundry tub is used. Please see my photos on how to set up. If I am home, I will have it all set up for you. A continental breakfast is provided, including cereals, milk, orange juice and drinking water (rain water or filtered, depending on the season). You will also find an assortment of teas, a Nespresso coffee pod machine, coffee pods, ground coffee with a French press and other condiments. The fully equipped kitchen features a rice cooker, slow cooker, saucepans, toaster, kettle, microwave, full sized oven, refrigerator and all necessary cooking utensils. Enterntainment includes a 43- inch Smart TV and free WiFi, with the password inside the blue folder on the coffee table. The bathroom has a shower including all amenities and a hair dryer. The toilet is in the laundry, where you will also find the washing machine, clothes dryer with provided detergent. A beach trolley is available for transporting your gear and the nearby sealed path takes you to the jetty, shops and cafes, or head further north all the way to the marina and pristine beaches. Going south, takes you along the sealed path or stoll along on the beautiful beach to Hill River. Bluewater Retreat is conveniently located close to town, offering a variety of cafes, restuarants, IGA, bottle shop, Tavern and hotel, banks and the Turquoise Coast Visitors Centre for information on places of interest in and around Jurien Bay. The Pinnacles Desert, Sandy Cape and Mt Lesueur to name a few. Jurien Bay is the gateway to the region's famous Wildflowers with scenic drives to the Wheatbelt for a full-day adventure. Plan your day accordingly, as an early morning start is recommended. Dont forget the amazing tour experience to swim and play with the Sea Lions. Please see my Guide Book for tour bookings and information on other places of interest. Guest access Your private patio provides access to the front gardens, lawns, and the carport. There’s a tap on the side of the house to wash off sandy feet. Please note that fish cleaning facilities are available at the marina. The laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is free for your use—just remove all sand from items before washing. You can use the clothesline in the back lawn area or the portable clothes airer, which can be placed on your patio. The boat oars are perfect for hanging beach towels. While the backyard is for my personal use, you're welcome to use the clothesline. Other things to note Please park your car directly on the left side of the driveway. Or, if travelling with more than two cars, park out on the road verge. Your vehicle can be brought up under the balcony - depending on the size !
