Avocado villa is fully renovated with minimal decoration. It is bright with a wonderful outdoor space offering peace and relaxation. It is located near the center of Argostoli, only 10 minutes away on foot from the Central Square, Lithostroto (a Pedestrian road), Kefalos theater, restaurants and bars.The famous lighthouse is only 3 km away, Makris and Platis Gialos (two of the most popular beaches) 2 km, the airport 7 km and Argostoli Harbour only only 1 km away. The space Villa Avocado is an airy and bright house suitable for couples, families as well as friends. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles that can be transformed into a double one) offering high quality of sleep to all guests thanks to the anatomical mattresses, pillows and cotton bed linen. PLEASE NOTE: due to lack of space there is no possibility of a baby cot or extra bed for kids under 2yo. Both bedrooms include air-conditioning and wardrobes. The bathroom is modern with the lighted mirror in order to offer a better result. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances as well as the necessary kitchen equipment for every meal. The living room offers a comfortable big corner sofa, the dining table for four, a flatscreen TV and air conditioning. A big outdoor space is available with a corner sofa and dining table for six, a barbecue area, four sunbeds and a beautifully landscaped garden. Villa Avocado has been constructed in order to offer its guests comfort, peace and relaxation during their stay. It is located in an easily accessible area with plenty of parking space. We kindly request you to keep the house keys safe. In case of loss there will be an extra 50 euro charge.
