Loft in Radazul
Radazul Marina Seafront 5
Description
Beachfront apartment in the port of Radazul with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Güimar Valley. Beautiful duplex totally new 2020. The space Beachfront apartment in the port of Radazul with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Güimar Valley. If you wanted to know what it's like to live by the sea, this is your chance. Nestled in a nice, non-tourist residential area. Facilities for sports such as diving, snorkeling, sailing, paddle surfing, jet skis. Two beaches a few meters away and an excellent climate. Close to the two airports and a good starting point for touring the island. 100% solar energy - The views of the sea and the slopes of Güimar are fabulous. Beautiful sunsets, sunrises and moonlit nights. - Below the apartment, you have the only six restaurants in the area and a five-minute walk to the two beaches with their beach bars. - We have a solar photovoltaic installation shared with another neighbor and another solar thermal installation for hot water. We try to avoid CO2 emissions for a better world. If consumption is normal, we very rarely have to use grid electricity. - Keep in mind that between the first and second line in Radazul, there is a cliff that takes 20 minutes to walk uphill. We're on the total front line. I've been coming to Tenerife every month for 4 years, and after getting to know all the islands, I chose this place to live because it fascinates me. It is impossible to describe the charms of this place in a few words, but here is some valuable information: 1. Live in a small building and not in a large block and inside the marina. 2. Below the house, bars, restaurants, and a pharmacy. They make you feel comfortable and you see the daily life of the port instead of that of a more artificial tourist area. 3.- I am a diver and here there are three diving clubs, free diving, a water sports center, sailing. 4. Two beaches next to the marina and what I like the most is swimming in the rocky area with access. I like it more than the sand now. 5. You never get bored of the ocean and mountain views of the island from here. Every day holds a surprise. 6. Near the area there are several guachinches: typical restaurants of Tenerife where you can eat delicious local food at a very good price 7. You're close to everything but away from the noise of the city and tourist areas. Although on summer weekends, the beach is crowded and there is a very good local atmosphere. 8. One of my greatest satisfactions is being able to say that the apartment's energy is 100% solar photovoltaic and thermal with 10 kw of accumulation in lithium batteries. Only when there are more than two or three cloudy days, we may have to use energy from the grid. 9.- Keep in mind that Radazul is a cliff. Being on the second line means you'll have to walk uphill for 20 minutes. If you go down and up by car, it's not easy to find parking and parking costs €15 per day. Our apartment is inside the port on the first line. - In summer and on weekends it is difficult to park in the morning. We can reserve parking for you. - If you need a taxi, it's best to call the taxi driver in advance because there's no stop. We have their phone numbers. - The bus goes to the bus station in Santa Cruz, the capital. Guest access There are no common areas in the establishment, although the terraces, restaurants and pharmacy are in the same building Other things to note I have been coming to Tenerife every month for 4 years, and after getting to know all the islands, I chose this place to live because it fascinates me.
