For last minute booking (same-day booking), if you're booking for more than 2 person, the unit might not be equipped with beddings. For long term staying guest, (28 days or more) with or without long term discount, please do take note that the utility is not included. The charges of utility (bill) will be sent accordingly on monthly basis via airbnb payment request, for electricity, internet and water. Cleaning available if required upon request. (with charges). Water Supply: Subjected to water supply as per government and we shall take no responsibility in water supply cut due to issues arise due to water cut or water shortage.
