Nature retreat with lake, sauna and whirlpool

Visit us at the end of a small village in the green heart of mountainous Gorski Kotar here you can enjoy the untouched nature of Croatia. Our house is situated on the south slope with a breathtaking view at the surrounding hills, pine forests, fields and small villages in the distance. Depending on the number of guests 2-4 sleeping rooms will be available. Our love for this place is shared by all who come to visit us. The space Our house is very comfortable and it spreads on three levels. House is ideal for one or two families with children. The main entrance is on the middle level. Through the entrance hall you can enter the spacious kitchen, connected to the dining room and living room with The Fireplace. Near the entrance there is also a wardrobe and a bath. The kitchen is well equipped, with all the necessary appliances and has a direct access to the outside area suitable for barbecue and leisure. On the top floor, there are two big sleeping rooms with double beds and an additional bed. Of course, there is also a spacious play room with a billiard table, TV, internet and lots of board games. In the play room, there is a sofa which can extend for two persons. There is a bathroom on this level. On the ground floor we have the sauna and a relax room with a fireplace and a sofa that can sleep two. Depending on the number of guests 2-4 sleeping rooms will be available. Through the porch, you can reach the outside area where you can enjoy the hot tub or the natural pond. There is also a sunbathing terrace. The shade on the lawn is provided by the old walnut tree. There is also a spacious garden with old plum trees, various shrubs and flowers. Guest access In the front of the house there is parking space for several cars. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided for. Security and privacy for our guests is important to us, the house is equiped with an alarm system and the outside is covered by video surveillance. We invite you to use everything in the house: the kitchen is well stocked. Chopped wood is provided for heating during the winter season.
