Our light-flooded apartment is located in the center and is yet very quiet. Public transport (300 m) and shopping (100 m) are within walking distance. The bus stop for the free sports bus (Nov.-April) is right outside the door and takes you comfortably to the mountain railways. From the balcony you have sun and views of the mountains from morning to evening. A playground, in summer a soccer field and in winter the natural ice rink are close by. The space The cozy apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a master bedroom and a children's bedroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and daylight. A basic supply of 1 garbage bag as well as 2 dishwasher tabs and Wi-Fi is included in the price. There is the possibility to wash in the laundry room and an elevator is available to you. In front of the house, there are anonymous parking spaces. In the public parking lot right in front of the house, there are 5 charging stations for electric cars. Guest access It is possible to use the common lounge. Other things to note There is a tourist tax which is charged per person per night. Tourist taxes are 4.50/night per person from 16 years of age. From 2 people, an additional fee of CHF 25.00/person per stay for bed linens and towels. The tourist tax for bed/terry linen is not charged by Airbnb and must be paid via Twint.
