Blue Marlin Hideaway

This is a cozy space in a family owned home! Very spacious with lots of natural light. Great neighborhood, plenty of parking, easy access to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The space is completely private with a private entrance, Florida room, lots of deck space, kitchenette and much more! Perfect for couples! The space The house itself is our family's vacation home. The unit is on the ground floor so easy access with no stairs! I live 2 miles away and am down quite frequently but always give guests their privacy. Guest access I would like to reiterate that this unit is on a canal and there is no fence, just a bulkhead. It is not suitable for small children to be in the back so therefore we have it listed as "not kid friendly" for that reason! Other things to note I love my four legged friends but this property is "pet free". This is due to the quality of the rugs on the floors..... accidents do happen!!
