Spacious Loft Type condo located at the 2nd floor with a Living Area of 40 Sq.m, high ceiling w/ mini Bar Counter, Balcony, a private Roof Deck that offers a view of the Beach / Ocean / Mountains. The unit is ideal for a family/group of up to 8pax who wish to stay overnight & beyond looking for privacy like your own home. Furnished w/ 32" TV LED w/ HD Cable channels, 2.5HP AC Unit, Shower, Hot & Cold water, and basic kitchen appliances & utensils. The space The space is a studio Loft Type, arranged like a 1BR, furnished with a 4-sitter dining table, mini Bar Counter, a little kitchen with mini-fridge, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric kettle, and other basic kitchen utensils. Since my unit is located at the second floor, you have a better view of the surroundings and more comfortable compared to the ground floor especially when you're at the balcony. NOTE: 1. GOING TO THE BEACH & AQUA FUN. If you go to the Beach, either use your car or take the shuttle service from Aqua Fun to the Beach (vice versa) with every 15 mins. trip interval. In case you want to use your car, there's a spacious parking area near the Beach entrance specifically reserved to all guests for FREE. 2. ACCESS TO THE BEACH & AQUA FUN. For your access to the Beach and Aqua Fun, please contact the host for your booking endorsement with my agent at Camaya who will be assisting you. There are two options how to get at Camaya Coast: 1. By Land (Private Vehicle) 2. By Camaya Ferry 3. By public transportation (GENESIS BUS) up to City Terminal only. -The Condo Unit- The condo is a 6-unit, two-storey building located inside Camaya Coast Resort about 4 km from the main gate and 1km to the beach. There are 11 condo buildings on this block (Block-7). Our building is located at the first row (front row) second from left corner. My space (Unit No. 203) is located at the second floor end unit. The space is ideal for a small family or group of up to 8pax. REMINDER: If you have People with Disability (PWD) with you or guest having difficulty to climb stairs, I kindly advise you not to include them in your booking unless you can manage to carry them upstairs safely with your full responsibility. Thank you. Each floor has 3 units or a total of 6 units of different owners. Each unit has its own roof deck overlooking the Beach and Aqua Fun Water Park with just a few meters away (walking distance). The place is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a small family, honeymooners, travelers and people who wanted to unwind and enjoy with peace of mind during your stay. Each condo unit has a spacious free parking space in front of the building. - Booking with my Space - *Please ensure to book the exact number of guest (both adults and children) to show the total nightly rate on your booking. Extra guest will be charge 500 pesos per pax per night. - Condo Unit Amenities - Microwave oven is available for reheating foods. Rice cooker, kettle, fridge are also available including basic kitchen utensils (like dinner plates, spoons, teaspoons, forks, serving patter, microwaveable bowl, drinking glass, coffee cups, kitchen knife, chopping board, all purpose pitcher, etc.). Available Beds (Sleeping Arrangement): 1 - Queen Bed 1 - Double Bed 1 - Pullout Single Bed (Mattress) 1 - Double Sofa Bed 1 - Kid's Single Foam EXTRA pillows / throw pillows / Blankets / Linens / Towels are available upon request. Since this space is different from a Hotel, kindly bring with you your personal care like toothpaste, lotion etc. Also please bring with you extra towels (Max. of 4 towels only will be provided), bath soap, shampoo. Thank you. Please keep the room clean and tidy including cleaning / washing of dishes during your stay. Thank you. The following Essentials shall be provided for every reservation: 1. Toilet Paper / Tissue 2. Body Soap 3. Shampoo 4. Hand Wash Liquid 5. Dish Washing Liquid 6. Bath Towels (4 max.) NOTE: 1. Since all units at Camaya does not have kitchen designed for cooking (No exhaust facilities), I intentionally did not provide cooking device / stove except Rice Cooker so you can at least cook rice if you want and reheat your foods in the microwave oven provided in my unit. This is for your benefits and comfort and other guests to avoid smelly dishes inside the unit due to lack of exhaust facility. Thank you and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 2. If you have any problem or concern at my space please feel free to contact / message me or my Caretaker. 3. Please bring with you drinking / mineral water, foods / snacks/drinks etc. and other stuff that you need during your stay as there's no available grocery / convenience store nearby except food kiosk / coffee shop / Bar & restaurant, Beach Mall located at the Beach Commercial Area. You may find mini grocery (sari sari store) outside of Camaya Resort, near the main gate but it's a bit far about 4km from the condo. 4. Bringing inside my space any cooking devices is not allowed and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please use only what are provided in my listings. Thank you. 5. Please DO NOT use Rice Cooker for cooking any foods other than rice. Thank you. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay. -The Resort- Camaya Coast is a residential development beach resort with lush mountains, endless sunsets and pristine beaches with kilometer stretch of fine sand and clear blue waters at the southernmost tip of the Bataan Peninsula. Tourists & travelers enjoy the serenity of the surroundings with 24-hour security. The place is approx. 5 hour drive from Manila (Via NLEX - SCTEX) and approx. 1.5 hour by Ferry (Via MOA, Esplanade Seaside Terminal). Food kiosks, coffee shop, restaurant, and boutique are available at the commercial area like Figaro Cafe for your daily brews, Pancake House, Max's Restaurant-inspired, Army Navy and many others. We have the wood Pavillion to satisfy your comfort Filipino food cravings during your stay. Various alcoholic drinks like Brandy, Whisky, Vodka, Wines & other Beverages are available at your choice at the Sand Bar located right at the beach front. Guests can have a relaxing retreat (spa/massage) being offered by the internationally renowned Bali-themed Mandara spa. Regular activities like Live Bands and Fire Dancing shows are being arranged by Camaya during weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) just at the beach front while enjoying a shot of beverages at the Sand Bar. Guest access All guest will be subject for inspection by security personnel at the Main Gate before you are allowed to enter Camaya Coast (Checking of names and registered car details from the Guest Lists with QR CODE and checking of all items that you will be bringing inside the resort). Upon your arrival at the Beach Area, guest will be required to register their personal details (Names & Ages) at the Beach Entrance Registration Office with the assistance of my Agent (NOTE: This registration process has nothing to do with your reservation / booking with Airbnb). Your reservation in my space is separate from the Resort Reservation / Registration. Thank you for your cooperation. A ONE DAY FREE ACCESS to the Beach & Aqua Fun will be provided by my agent at Camaya . Standard Beach Entrance Fee: 499/pax (2years old below are free). Promo Rate: 299/pax (until further notice). NOTE: In case you arrived early at Camaya, you may proceed straight to the Beach Registration Office for your registration and you may enter the Beach area and have a rest at the LOUNGE / CLUB HOUSE or any other areas at the commercial area you are comfortable with while waiting for your check-in time in my unit You would want to start your day tour and activities before checking-in please inform and coordinate with my Caretaker/Agent for your activity plan. ACCESS TO THE BEACH. The amenities includes the following: • Free use of the Infinity pool. • Free use of Park bench and tables at the picnic area. • Free wifi • Free use of bicycles, kayak (limited time) beach volleyball. • You are also FREE to use the Basketball Court. Beach Opening Hours: • Weekdays - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM • Weekends - 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM NOTE: 1. Please communicate and coordinate with Host immediately upon confirmation of booking. For those who are planning to travel by Ferry (Camaya Owned Ferry), please mention it in your booking so I can arrange with my agent your shuttle service inside the resort for free. 3. Host shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused with Day Tour Reservations and Bookings made by guest with Camaya Reservation Team or any other person / Camaya agent other than the Host's agent who offered a FREE Day Tour / Beach Access without the information received by Host prior to guests scheduled visit. 4. If someone arranged for your day tour, or anyone from Camaya agent who sponsored your visit or Day Tour, please inform Host in advance. 5. For guests who are property owner, please coordinate with your sales agent at Camaya for your gate pass and access to the Beach / Aqua Fun. * So please communicate and coordinate with Host regarding your Day Tour Reservation to avoid any confusion and conflict between involved parties that may result to the delay of Resort Entry. Other things to note 1. Foods are not allowed to bring inside the beach area. 2. Please note that only GLOBE network is available at Camaya at this moment, so I advise guests to please bring GLOBE sim card before coming to Camaya. 3. Cooking is not allowed except rice as the kitchen has no exhaust and was not designed for cooking. This is for your own benefits and comfort and I appreciate very much your cooperation for this. 4. Smoking inside the unit is strictly not allowed. Thank you for your understanding. 5. Kindly note that the place is under development and some condominiums / villas / Residentials and other buildings and facilities are under construction at the neighborhood (day time only). 7. Bringing inside my space any electrical cooking devices is not allowed and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please use only appliances provided in my listings. Thank you. 8. Please note that my caretaker is not living inside Camaya premises, hence she will only have limited time to assist you after you have checked-in.
