Luxury Thaï style villa, located Northwest of the island. It overlooks Haad Salad bay with a beautiful sea view, Koh Tao island an stunning sunsets in summer season. It is situated in a green and peaceful environment and has an infinity pool with massage jets. It has a large living room overlooking a spacious terrace, an open kitchen The space Our villa has a large living room bathed in light thanks to many picture windows opening onto a spacious terrace with outdoor dining area on the Sala Thai, a open fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and sea views: one on the upper level, one on the mezzanine and 2 on the lower level overlooking a 2nd terrace and the swimming pool, 3 bathrooms with hot water (including 1 with bath, walk-in shower and vanity unit 2 sinks and 2 with shower and sink), a private infinity pool with massage jets and a pretty tropical garden. Our Villa is close to the most beautiful beaches of the island (Haad Salad and Mae Haad) as well as to all amenities, however as it is high and overlooks the bay you will need a car or a scooter to get there. Frederic who is on site (which is not our case) will take care of welcoming you and giving you all the information possible so that you have a pleasant stay. WIFI is available. The village of Thongsala with its typical market is only a few kilometers away. We rent our villa in 4 bedrooms or in 2 bedrooms (in this case the lower floor with 2 bedrooms and the adjoining bathroom is closed) in both cases, the entire accommodation is dedicated to you. Guest access The villa is offered in 2 and 4 bedrooms and when it is rented in 2 bedrooms the bottom floor is closed, you do not share the villa with anyone. Access is via a private, concrete road. The last part of the road is quite steep for around 200m. You will need a vehicle on site. A private parking space is available. Other things to note Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels are made on the 7th day if the stay lasts more than a week, then once a week thereafter. Checkout cleaning is due upon reservation. The maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool are included in the rates. Cleaning and additional laundry on request and with supplement. Water is included in the price. We ask for a participation of 8 baht / kw instead of 10 baht / kw for electricity. Koh Phangan is currently expanding with a lot of constructions all over the island. We, as many other hosts, cannot guarantee that there won't be any noise disturbances next to our villa. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience due to potential constructions.
