Alternatively, for a quick dip in the sea, walk 2 minutes down the hill from the villa and find the beautiful Haad Tian cove. The gorgeous 11 meter infinity pool provides the chance to cool off in luxurious surroundings with unbeatable views. Each bedroom has a fan and air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with separate toilet. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide the living space (without AC) with plentiful natural light and is tastefully adorned with locally sourced furniture. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the house but feel free to smoke everywhere outside. Fireworks are prohibited at the property. We would like to inform you that the thaï law has adopted a very strict policy concerning drugs. In hold or consume may be severely punished. The police is very active on the island to contain this problem. The villa should be left upon check-out as it was upon check-in. Please be aware that a fee of 1,000 THB will apply for check-ins after 7pm. Please note that, like nearly everywhere on the island, there is currently construction nearby the villa. There is a possibility that noise may be heard from the villa. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur during your stay. The tenant is responsible for the ordinary cleanliness of the premises and maintenance in good condition of all equipment, furniture, appliances, as delivered by the owner at the beginning of the lease. Please note that an extra fee of 2,000 THB will be charged if the villa is not cleaned and tidy upon check-out. The TENANT undertakes not to cause or allow anyone to make noise or activity in the villa that may disturb the tranquility of the premises or neighbors. No excessive noise after 10pm. The tenant undertakes to use the villa "in good household manner" and to respect the house staff. PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN: this noise and/or activity would constitute a violation of this contract and will result immediately of the end of this contract.
