The space In the countryside, quiet, 10 min from the Thermal Baths of Prechacq-les-Bains (thermal village), and Tartas, 20 min from Dax and 40 min from the Ocean, and 1 hour from the Basque coast and the Spanish border. Furnished T3 (45 m2) adjoining our home, without neighbors, capacity 4 to 5 people including: - bright living room with fitted kitchen (combined fridge-freezer, microwave, gas stove, oven and electric hobs). Sofa bed, TV and free WiFi. Bay window opening onto private terrace. - 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and wardrobe 2 small steps to access: - 1 large bedroom with 2-person bed with closet, and sofa bed that can be used for 1 child. - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
