Charming, picturesque home in a bucolic environment, the gypsy caravan is fully equipped and offers every comfort for a total autonomous holiday. In the heart of a large biodiversity garden, you can also enjoy all the activities on site (swimming pool, ping-pong and other games, discovery of the micro-farm) and nearby (nature trails, horse rides, tree climbing, canoeing, parachute jumping...) or discover the rich local heritage (castles, historic villages, vineyards...). Eco-friendly management. The space Beautiful traditional gypsy caravan of 20 m2, in wood, with a double bed and 2 single beds, fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet), small sheltered terrace for outdoor lunch or dinner under the stars ... Unusual habitat, colourful and cozy, with a view over the meadow for a great serenity. Guest access You can enjoy all the outdoor facilities on the place: swimming pool and bar, petanque area, ping-pong table, table football, swing and other children's games... You can also discover the large biodiversity garden, the young orchard and vegetable patch, the chickens and the beehives! In the entrance hall of the house, you'll find tourist information, a library and board games for all the family! Other things to note -> All the interior areas are NON SMOKING. -> As the caravan is rented as a gite, BED LINEN* and TOWELS are optional. We invite you to bring your own. If you cannot or do not wish to bring your own linen, we can provide a ‘double bed + 2 towels’ kit for 15€ or a ‘single bed + 1 towel’ kit for 10€. In all cases, pillows and blankets are available in the gite. *bed linen: fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow case (double bed 140x190cm and single bed 90x190cm) -> As the caravan is rented as a gite, you are responsible for the CLEANING. We provide all the necessary equipment and products (only ecological). We therefore ask you to leave the place at least as clean as you found it. However, if you do not wish to take care of the cleaning when you leave, we can take care of it for a fee of €50. In all cases, we ALWAYS ask that the dishes are washed and the bins are emptied. -> We are committed to an ECO-RESPONSIBLE APPROACH and are developing our activities in line with environmentally-friendly practices. We'd be delighted to share tips and advice with you if you're interested. -> As part of our eco-friendly management policy, we ask you to respect RECYCLING /selective waste sorting (containers and information are supplied). -> BREAKFAST is not included. However, if you are a cyclist or walker, please ask us (at least 48 hours in advance). We can provide breakfasts for €7/person and €5/child under 12. -> We offer a selection of LOCAL AND CRAFT PRODUCTS for sale, as well as products from the family's MICRO-FARM, subject to availability (honey, eggs, vegetables, aromatic plants). Just ask us! -> For cyclists and walkers, we can exceptionally provide TABLE D'HÔTES, on request and subject to availability. -> Our dog Titus will be delighted to welcome you! As well as the chickens who roam freely around the property. If you would like to bring your PET, please contact us for details. -> The region offers a wide range of ACTIVITIES (heritage, nature, sports and leisure, arts and entertainment, etc.). We'd be delighted to recommend some.
