Quaint mountain retreat above Boulders Beach

A quaint wooden A frame ideal for a single or cosy couple consisting of two rooms with huge picture window framing spectacular sea view over False Bay from Muizenburg to Hanklip. Completely self contained and separate from main house with own entrance: a double bedroom en suite with WC/shower room and livingroom with kitchen nook, over your own lockable garage. Situated high on the mountain above the famous penguin Boulders Beach and Windmill Beach at the bottom within 15 minutes walk. The space Interior is all wood and has a cosy feel and lots of good vibes from past guests who feel comfortable there. Two small armchairs have been recently reupholstered and new bedspread etc provided in response to one reviewer who said the furniture was 'tired.' Guest access We have our garden and pool immediately above the cottage which is not for our guests use. There is also a swing seat which is in owners part of the garden, Access to the mountain for walking through owners garden is allowed. Other things to note We live on the property but may be away during winter
