Our Azaiba Villas are ready and fully operational for long-term and short-term lease. Since it is located along the coastline of Azaiba, this complex is perfect for expatriates who like sea views and looking for a comfortable stay in Muscat. We have 25 modern guest rooms with its own a/c unit and an en-suite bathrooms or shower suites. All furnished guest rooms are fully equipped, stylishly designed and immaculately maintained. The space Each guest room is built with large floor plans. These floor plans are similar to the kind you would find in any upscale residential community. We don’t compromise on space and can be scaled up or down to fit a client’s living requirements. Guest access The guests can share the dining, living, and kitchen areas with other guests. Backyard can be use for barbecue activities. During your stay Our host or Property Administrator (PA) is on site and can be reached thru mobile anytime for any questions or issues you may have, and any assistance you may require. Other things to note Our property is safe with a locked entrance gate to the courtyard so guests can enjoy the outdoors on a shaded seating areas. We have friendly and approachable property staff who are available to assist you to make your stay at ease. Housekeeping is available on request.
