Light-filled home with a fantastic bathroom

A neat, modern, peaceful three-bedroom unit in Pascoe Vale filled with natural light. A highlight is a large and comfortable bathroom to recharge after a day. Your room is near the back of the unit and overlooks a lovely small courtyard. My place is perfect for solo travellers, particularly females. It is located in a quiet street with excellent access to Melbourne Airport (15 minutes), DFO, Hume Fwy and the city. The space Your room, recently being freshly painted, has a mixture of warm wood tone and daylight from a large window. It has a spacious and very functional built-in wardrobe with mirrors, queen-sized bed, bedside table, lamp, desk and chair. Towels are provided. The unit is not huge but surely has enough space and all the essentials for a comfortable shortish stay (up to two weeks). The fridge, microwave, washing machine and many kitchen items were purchased brand new in late 2019. Please note that the minimum booking is 2 nights, and the place is for one guest only. Guest access Guests have access to the shared bathroom, living and kitchen areas. You are welcome to use the kitchen for making a cup of tea or coffee (instant tea and coffee are provided), preparing a light meal, heating up food with the microwave which is also a convection oven, and of course, eating. Please kindly note meal cooking using the stoves and oven is generally not available. You have a dedicated shelf in the fridge and kitchen cupboard. Reasonable use of the washing machine is available for free to guests with a longer stay (4 or more nights). Otherwise, coin laundry is 7 minutes walk from the property. During your stay You will be sharing the place with me only (no other guests). I work full-time professionally Monday to Friday, mostly from home at the moment due to Covid-19 - please feel free to send me an inquiry prior to booking if you specifically need very quiet/private time during the day etc. I am available when and if you need to. Guests can expect to have a minimum to medium level of interactions during your stay. Other things to note My unit is at the back of a block of two. The driveway is the common property and shared. If you drive, when you check-in and check out, you are welcome to drive through to my unit to load/unload your belongings; other times, parking will be primarily on street. It is generally a safe street/area with most residents being home owners. Please note that the place only has an aircon in the living/kitchen area.
