Spacious 3BR/3.5BA Home Fit For Foodies in SGV

Welcome to our home! The location is easily accessible to some of the best Asian food in the area. Easy access to major highways including the I-10, I-710, and CA-164. You’ll love it because of the cozy and quiet neighborhood within a short walking distance to great San Gabriel's restaurants and entertainment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. The home is 10 miles to Dodger's Stadium, 17 miles to Universal Studios, 29 miles to LAX. The space This is a two story, single family home. There is 1 bedroom on the first floor (Queen Bed) + full bathroom and powder room. Upstairs is the primary bedroom (King Bed) with large bathroom with a tub, guest bedroom with 2 bunkbeds (2 full (bottom) and 2 twin (top bunks)). Upstairs in the loft is a sleeper sofa. Guest access There is an "owner’s closet" that we keep locked to store supplies for our cleaners. It is on the first floor and should be not accessed by guests. This home has a shared driveway so please be mindful of the shared outdoor area and neighbors private space at the back of the property. Other things to note Bedroom and bathroom linens are provided as well as hand soap, starter paper products such as toilet paper and paper towel. We do not provide shampoo or body soap/lotion.
