Studio Apartment with Sea View Sunny Beach

Offering a terrace and sea views, this air-conditioned studio is located in the seaside resort of Sveti Vlas. It is ideal for the stay of 2 persons. The panoramic view over the sea and the bay of Sunny Beach up to the old town of Nessebar, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is simply breathtaking. The apartment is located in the Crown Fort complex with 24/7 security. In the garden there are two swimming pools with free sunbeds next to the property. The space You live in a studio with covered terrace overlooking the sea, and have free Wi-Fi, LAN and TV. The apartment was completely renovated a few years ago and refurbished. You have a private shower with toilet. There is a kitchenette with all the essentials. A washing machine is also available. The beach chairs and a parasol can also be used. Look at the photos of the apartment where you can see where everything is to find. Guest access The studio is located on the 5th floor and can be reached via the elevator or the stairwell. The apartment has its own access. The key will be handed over at the Crown Fort reception upon check-in and must be returned at check-out. Other things to note The best time to stay is the season from June to the end of August. Facilities such as all Pools, restaurants, mini markets, car and bicycle rentals are open during this period. A stay in May or September and October is also very nice, but I recommend for this period the arrival with own vehicle, or a rental car because some facilities are not open, or already closed.
