Guest house "Niako" is located in Batumi, 5 kilometers from the city center in the Green Cape, 300 meters from the Black Sea coast. The house features three floors. Hosts live in the third floor and the entire second floor is located for guests. Perfect combination of relaxation in nature and accessibility of city entertainment. The space It has four rooms. All rooms are with a balcony, located on the second floor of the house. The windows overlook the garden and the Black Sea. For guests there is a separate kitchen on the same floor, a large common hall and two bathrooms. There is a parking and a gazebo in the yard. The sea is 300 meters away, where two beaches are located, Batumi Botanical Garden. A few steps from the house there is a cafe with excellent cuisine (Shashlik, fried live trout, wine and low prices). The cafe is for your own, since you can't see it from the track. Batumi is accessible by minibus, taxi (10 lari) or by your car. Guest access Guests can use the outdoor area, gazebo. The house itself is surrounded by greenery at a sufficient distance from the track. Other things to note Smoking is allowed in the gazebo. My place is good for: couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
