By the Seaside Treetop Studio is a full suite, (38sqm) with its own wet bar and full bathroom with a spabath. The location is 200 mts to Fishermans Beach and 900 mts Main St. There is a balcony overlooking the bay. Treetop Studio has its own entrance, and is located on a 1st floor. Please note, check in is 3pm and check out is 10am, earlier check in/late check out in is available for a fee. All linen is subject to an extra cleaning fee for make-up and self tanning stains. The space By the Seaside is self check in accommodation located close to Fishermans Beach and Mornington Main St cafes, restaurants and shopping. Each studio has it's own bathroom and balcony, and private entrance. This is not a standard alone property. Early check-in and late checkout are available for a fee. Guest access Guest have their own suite, with bathroom, balconies and entrance. Other things to note No children or pets , we have our own. Thankyou
