Villa Monique, one of the oldest houses in the historic Old Sassnitz, offers four charming apartments, some with Baltic Sea views! From here it is only 200 meters to the lake promenade with its diverse restaurants and cafés, which invite you to linger. It is then only a few steps to the city port, from here ships regularly sail to the sights - Königsstuhl / Cape Arkona and to the Baltic Sea baths Binz, Sellin or Göhren. By car or bus you are in about 10 min. on the beach of Mukran or Prora. To Sassnitz city center it is about 10 min. on foot or by car 3 min. Villa Monique built about 1884, not far from the historic market square of Alt-Sassnitz, was renovated until the beginning of 2013. The layout and design of the rooms were left largely after historical model during the renovation. The non-smoking house is allergy-friendly, pets are not allowed. The car parking space is located on the street at the house. The garden with south-facing terrace and beach chair invites you to socialize. Also ideal for smokers, of course!
