Light spacious room in residential crescent

I'm walking distance from the city centre and also from Murrayfield rugby stadium. I'm close to tram, bus and train links, while also being located in a quiet residential street. My room is bright and spacious. Guests receive a warm welcome. A wide selection of teas and coffee (instant and cafetiere) are provided and you have a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and dining table. I'm a basement flat down a short flight of steps. Family and gay friendly. No parking. The space The property is a basement flat with a patio outside. The room is self contained and en suite. Your bathroom is next to a bedroom so we do ask that guests are quiet between 11pm and 7am. Guest access Guests can access my kitchen by agreement for occasional use of the cooker and I'm also willing to do washing and can dry clothes. During your stay I'm usually here when guests are staying. If I am away I can be contacted by phone or e mail. My grandson, Ross, also lives with me and is usually around to deal with any queries.
