It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, next to a market with a bakery and a gastronomic center. It is 350 meters from the popular Axé Moi kiosk, 1.5 km from the Tôa Tôa kiosk and 7 km from the airport. Furnished apartment with kitchen and utensils. We provide a complimentary bed and bath linen kit at check-in (replenishment subject to laundry fees), exclusive Wi-Fi, private parking The space The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with basic household utensils. It has a living room, kitchen with a duplex refrigerator, stove and microwave oven. It has a bathroom with a large shower with a hot/cold mixer. It consists of two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed, a wardrobe and the other with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, a sideboard and a rack, with the single bed having an auxiliary (bicama). All rooms have split (digital) air-conditioning. The living room has a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 seats and a ceiling fan. Guest access Gated condominium with 24-hour security, reception, maid service, private and free parking, swimming pool and barbecue area. The condominium offers daily housekeeping service for the apartment and this service is charged separately. We provide a complimentary bed and bath linen kit at check-in. Note: there are no blankets in the apartment or condominium. The condominium charges a linen fee per item used, which can be exchanged at the guest's request. Guests have the option to use their own linens and must notify before their arrival if they do not wish to use those available in the condominium. Other things to note RECANTO MÔ & MOZÃO INFORMATION Here's some info that may be important for your stay. • Check-in (entry) from 2:00 p.m. onwards. • Check-out (exit) by 11 a.m. • All guests must present a government ID at check-in. The apartment's capacity is for up to 6 people, where the sixth person will be accommodated in the auxiliary bed of the sofa. Under these conditions, people over 7 years of age are counted; if there is a breach of the rule regarding the number of people allowed, the condominium will not allow the entry of excess guests, except for infants, in which case ask the host for authorization at the time of contracting (subject to fees for excess children). We are not responsible if, at the time of check-in, the number of guests is greater than allowed, so no refund of the reservation will be made. • At check-in, the guest will receive the apartment key (with power lock card), two air-conditioning controls, and a TV control. ALL THESE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE RECEPTION AT THE TIME OF CHECK-OUT. It is necessary to place the apartment key card in the compartment next to the door to activate the electricity, including the internet modem. • It is forbidden to remove any object from one apartment and take it to another. • The use of electric barbecues and any item that is used for smoking, such as cigarettes, hookahs, vapers, etc., is prohibited inside the apartment. • The apartment's kitchen is equipped with basic utensils (medium-sized pots, pressure cooker, plates, cutlery, coffee bottle, strainer, etc.) as well as a duplex refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender and sandwich maker. If you have a preference for other specific utensils, you can bring your own. To do so, ask the host for authorization. The host will not fulfill requests for immediate purchase of utensils other than those already in the apartment. • Parties are prohibited inside the apartment. • It is strictly forbidden for unrelated persons to stay at the time of booking; • It is not allowed to take bath towels from the apartments for use in the pool or on the beach; • The apartment can be cleaned at an additional cost; for this, consult the reception. • The apartment's existing utensils must be returned on the last day, fully cleaned and stored in their original location, as they are not included in the room service offered by the condominium. • As a gift to the guest, we provide a bed and bath linen kit at check-in (does not include blankets). If you need a replacement, the condominium will provide a replacement bed and bath linens at a rate of R$ 3 per piece (does not include blankets). • Blankets must be brought, as they are not provided by the owner or the condominium. • The apartment will be inspected after your departure, and any damage will be charged for the necessary repair. • Animals of any size or species are prohibited from entering the apartment premises. • Each rented apartment is officially entitled to one parking space within the condominium. In case of availability, more vehicles can be entered. Negotiate at the reception. Parking vans and/or buses in the condominium courtyard is prohibited. • The voltage in the city of Porto Seguro is 220v. Check the voltage switch before connecting any appliance that is not bivolt. • Our rentals and packages do not include any type of food and transportation. • Reservations made through the Airbnb platform will abide by the cancellation policies adopted by it and must be negotiated within the platform. • In cases of no-show at check-in on the reserved date, no refund will be made and the reservation will remain active for 24 hours from check-in time if the guest does not contact us communicating the absence or requesting the extension of this period. • Single nights (if the guest wants to extend the stay) will only be made available upon reservation availability.
