Location: The house is in a unique location near the center of Apollonia (only 4 minutes walking distance) and far enough to have privacy and isolation. In the second level (mezzanine) there is a double room with en suite bathrooom with shower (twin joinable beds - can be turned to a king size bed, A/C, smart TV, celing fan, boudoir) leading to a big terrace offering spectacular view and a second bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower (twin joinable beds - can be turned to a king size bed 1.80m x 2m, ceiling fan, smart TV, A/C, boudoir) with access to outdoor terrace The outside area of the house consists of 4 terraces, the main terrace offers a lounge and a large outdoor dining area. Below the main terrace we have the pool area with a majestic BBQ kiosk. An additional large dining area can be found in this level. Umbrellas and sun loungers along with the palm trees create a relaxing environment, while the built in lounge area and the day bed are the highlights of this area. Below the pool level there is a childrens playground ( children must always be supervised both in playground & pool area) View: The view all around the house is endless and from the main veranda one can enjoy the Aegean big blue, as well as the neighboring islands far in the horizon. An imposing feature is its amphitheatric view in the traditional Cycladic landscape. Picturesque villages with whitewashed houses and cobblestone streets, characteristic examples of the Cycladic architecture, scattered monasteries and churches with blue domes, green hillsides and the unique view of the ancient Acropolis of Agios Andreas (St. Andrew) which is even more impressive at night.
