Perfect for vacation, weekend getaway, or writer's sanctuary. Quiet charming neighborhood centrally located to everything in town but away from the city bustle. Panoramic Hollywood Hills views directly facing the Hollywood Sign up to the Griffith Park Observatory. Two-story house is blessed with large windows in all rooms with excellent hillside views and plenty of sunlight. The upper level features full kitchen, living room and junior bedroom/guest room that currently is set up as an office space. The kitchen features a new refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove and oven. The living room has comfortable sofa and chairs for relaxing, reading, surfing the Internet, watching TV/streaming. Lower level features the main bedroom with a queen-sized bed, shower/bathroom and ample closet space with excellent views. Bedroom also opens onto the outdoor patio for additional lounging. There is an exterior washer/dryer adjacent to the upstairs guest room/office. Air conditioning/heating system included.  Standard residential street parking is available. Please let us know when you intend to arrive. There is one short flights of stairs going down to the private entrance from the street level (if you are of average health, you should be fine to manage but please assess your own ability with stairs).
