Secluded hut surrounded by woodland

The Stone Hut is in a very secluded spot surrounded by woods. It has two rooms, one is the bedroom which has a double bed and the other room has an unusual cast iron wood burner with two cooking rings and a kitchen area. There is an outside shower hut and a compost loo which is all for your own private use. There is no electric so you will need to get the fire going to boil the kettle.We provide a coolbox for keeping food cool, and provide ice packs. Please note, only one well behaved dog. The space The Stone Hut is about 200 metres down a fairly narrow long field, up on a mound and in a very secluded spot surrounded by woods. It’s an extremely peaceful location and a brilliant place to just relax. Mountain Lodge is blessed with an abundance of nature and wildlife, during the daytime you will see buzzards strolling the skies and at dusk you may see bats flying around in search of insects. A lake in the adjacent field is home to wild duck and geese and you will often hear the birds ‘chattering’ during the night.
