Happy House near San Gimignano

The house is near the panoramic route to Certaldo Alto, really close to the Canonica park, place where you can pic-nic and do jogging. The medioeval city is 1 km far and there you can appreciate wonderful views and, in some periods, fairs like Mercantia or the Medioeval Dinner. The large flat is suitable for couples, families and pets. You'll like that mostly for the beautiful views and for the outdoor spaces. The space The house is equipped with all the necessary for the kitchen that's the biggest room. The chimney is also useful for fantastic BBQs. The double room with balcony has a wonderful view and is really quiet. The bathroom is really artistic and creative. The whole house has been renovated keeping though the original appereance.
