Independent and private T2 overlooking the garden near tram

South of Montpellier, close to beaches (11 km) as well as public transport, 6 min from the city center and train station. Extremely comfortable bed, an apartment for short and long stays, completely independent, equipped and air-conditioned. Quiet neighborhood, on the ground floor of our house overlooking the garden with terrace, dining table and games for children (swing frame and trampoline). The space The apartment is extremely comfortable. We've done everything we can to make sure you can rest as well, or even better, than at home. In summer, the terrace and garden allow you to eat outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. Children can have fun with many games available to them while parents rest on a deckchair... Guest access The garden and terrace are at your disposal but ARE NOT PRIVATE. Our kids come down to play. During your stay We respect guest privacy while remaining available for any questions and advice Other things to note Please let us know if you need the sofa bed so we can prepare it and avoid any inconvenience. Check-in can be done independently, HOWEVER read, print and study the instructions (especially the explanatory photos) that will be made available to you on the site 48 hours before your arrival date. This is essential for a smooth check-in. For any stay longer than 10 days, an intermediate cleaning with change of sheets and towels is MANDATORY and at the rate of €30. For any need for clean linen please ask us, no fee will be charged however washing the linen by you is FORBIDDEN. For any delivery (meal or other) to the apartment, please tell your delivery person to ring the doorbell with the number 2.
