Overlooking a typical canal where gondolas peek out, you can open the windows and appreciate the typical Venetian atmosphere as well as enjoy your vacation comfortably relaxed in the exclusive garden made for your moments of relaxation in the open air. The space The apartment has been built and cared for in small details with high quality materials and traditional furniture, creating a warm and refined environment. The kitchen is equipped to give you the opportunity to cook what you will find in the typical local shops and at the beautiful Rialto market, a stone's throw from the house. Inside the apartment you will also find a binder with my tips, recommendations and the main attractions of the area. Your furry friends are welcome to stay with us! All of this is on the ground floor. Check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Late check-in has a surcharge of 40 euros; after 11 p.m. it will be 70 euros. Check out before 10:00 a.m. City taxes not included: €3 per person per day (excluding children under 10) Pets are an additional 25 euros. Only small sizes are allowed and with prior notice.
