The house sleeps 10 with 5 bedrooms, 3 with en-suites, spread over 3 floors offering flexibility for family stays or stays with friends. Whether you are visiting with family, for a coastal adventure or even a golf trip, this house has it all. The space The house has an open plan kitchen, living area and dining area with seating for 10, a separate utility room and also a separate snug tv room for extra chill-out space. There's also a large walk-in shower on the ground floor perfect for washing off sand/warming up after a day on the beach. There's a new log burning stove in the living area for cold winter nights and underfloor heating on the ground floor to keep your toes warm too. The bi-fold doors take you out to the patio which is a great space for bbq's and the added bonus of a log burning hot tub for up to 4 people. The master bedroom on the top floor is it's own suite with a super-king sized bed, sofa and tv area, Nespresso machine and en-suite bathroom. The perfect getaway from the rest of the family! Bedrooms 2 and 4 also have en-suite bathrooms. Trevone is one of Cornwall’s hidden gems, loved for its beautiful sandy beach, dramatic coastline, rock pools, and access to the South West Coast Path. From the house, you can easily explore nearby coastal walks, surfing beaches, and fantastic local food spots around Padstow. Whether you want lazy beach days, scenic walks, seafood lunches, or sunset swims, everything is within easy reach. There's parking for 4 cars on the drive in front of the house. Guest access The whole property, rear garden, hot tub and side access is all for the private access of our guests.
