Period furniture complete the bedroom and sitting area. The large bathroom includes a claw footed soaking tub and a separate shower. An attached nursery room includes 4 additional beds. This is a great room for a family! Step into the Civil War era by experiencing the Duff Green Mansion. Our bed and breakfast is open to travelers looking for a unique place to stay with amenities including a seated breakfast for 2, various beautiful sitting areas, lovely large porches and a courtyard with a pool. Home tour is included after breakfast and is not to be missed! Guests are welcome to explore the home including the ballroom, gentleman’s parlor, relax on one of the large porches or enjoy the courtyard with the pool. We just ask that you do not go into the commercial kitchen. We do have a refrigerator that guests all share. My mother in law Harley lives on the property and is usually available. The staff can help as well. I’m available via phone or text prior or during your stay. Our home is located in the historic district. It’s very close to the Old Courthouse Museum. Walking distance to Washington Street which has shopping and restaurants.
