Spacious house hosting up to seven guests. Guest bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the first floor and please note that we live on the ground floor. Wi-Fi and working facilities are provided. The house is located in the countryside, 10 minutes drive and 45 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Breakfast is provided. Garden room available for guests with private dining and seating. Use of cooking facilities by arrangement. The space This newly built family house overlooks Loch Ussie and has three spacious and comfortable guest rooms, allowing us to accommodate two adults in two rooms, and one in a third. All three rooms are on the first floor, two ensuite and one with separate bath and shower room. We have facilities for small children. Please contact us if you have further queries. Guest access Breakfast We are happy to provide a Continental breakfast including cereals, porridge, bread, tea and coffee provided in our kitchen. Milk and fruit juices are also provided. Guests are welcome to use our garden any time. Ample parking. During your stay We welcome visitors from all parts of the world and aspire to make everyone feel welcome as guests in our home. Facilities and rooms in the house can be used by mutual agreement, depending on the number of guests at any one time. Other things to note Please note that we have one dog (a Fox Red Labrador called Dulsie) and a yellow headed Amazonian parrot (Figaro).
