Central, delightful studio apartment with decorated ceiling in a 17th-century building, a short walk from S. Cross, the Duomo and the Sant'Ambrogio market. The apartment comfortably accommodates two people with a kitchenette and private bathroom. The space Delightful and comfortable small apartment in the center of Florence that can comfortably accommodate two people in a double bed, with a well-organized kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The apartment measures 25 square meters including the bathroom, has only one window overlooking a small internal courtyard, without a view, and being on the first floor it is not very bright. There is no elevator. For the summer there is portable air conditioning, the walls are very thick, being a 17th-century building, there is also a fan available. The final cleaning is NOT included in the price. We're here to help our guests find their way around by providing useful information about both Florence and Tuscany. We offer, for a fee and upon request, lunch/dinner with the family and Wash & Dry service. Other things to note I have two children, aged 13 and 19, and a small dog. Bed sheets, towels, and utilities are included. We offer laundry service (washing and drying) for a fee upon request.
