This colorful and modern guesthouse stands in bold juxtaposition to its beautiful natural surroundings. It is magical in the afternoon, and especially at sunset when everything seems to sparkle. About the accommodations: The guesthouse is a large studio (approximately 900 sq. ft.) equipped with a full kitchen, laundry, and dining area. The comfortable king-sized bed sits behind a privacy wall. The studio features sliding glass doors that bring in ample light and views of the valley and mountains. In this room there is also a couch that is easily converted into a large twin bed. The area outside the sliding glass doors is just for you. The adjoining room (aka "the gallery") has a couch that converts to a comfy queen-sized bed, great for kids. It has windows all around and black-out pull shades for privacy. The pieces in here were generously gifted to us from the artists who worked in this special space. Guests can let themselves in, no interaction required, though we are here if you need us. (: We live in the main house of this property, so we will be around to help our guests in any way we can. You can choose to be private or interact if you see us. Our property sits on a bluff above a quiet and well-spaced out neighborhood. The Quail Hollow Ranch mountain trails are about 200 steps away and offer a peaceful walk or a great workout, whichever you prefer. They extend from 2 to about 4 miles, looped and depending on where you decide to go. We feel extremely fortunate to be in such a location. The closest store, Ben Lomond Market is a 4-minute drive and has everything you need. A word on cleaning: The area is fully cleaned and disinfected. This includes all surfaces and handles, light switches, remotes, etc. Linens are cleaned thoroughly on the hottest temperature setting. For month long stays, we ask that you allow our house cleaner to clean mid-stay. It’s included in the pricing.
